Edge Beveler No1 (0.8mm)/No2 (1.0mm)/No3 (1.2mm) are custom-made tools assembled on a special-ordered Wooden handle.
This tool is sold with a polishing compaund as a remedy when the sharpness deteriorates (available only for custom-made tools).
Please use it as your own original tool that you cannot find anywhere else.

The finish quality of the edge is one of the most important parts for leather craft so we created these tools in response to user’s expectations.

All of our blades are assembled one by one by actually cutting a test piece of leather.
Therefore, you can rest assured that there is nothing that cannot be cut from the start.

①Ebony has a natural color and the natural wooden handle can be colored in Tan, Mahogany or Walnut.
Only the Ebony handle has two lines on the lower part of the handle.

②The cap on the handle is made of brass. It is made by hand on a one by one basis and there is a line on it to improve the appearance.
And also, the caps are fixed with tiny nail of brass.

③For your reference, ③is our standard color.

Since the Edge Beveler is a cutting tool, it will become unsharpenable after continued use.
With the "Edger Blade sharpening set" (sold separately), even beginners can easily sharpen the blade.

How to resharpen the blade:
By putting Polishing compound and a few drops of oil on the trimmed side of the leather and pulling off the blade on it, you can get the sharpness of the blade again.
