International Shipping — Agreement Confirmation
1. Shipping destinations and carriers
We ship internationally using DHL. In some cases, we may not be able to deliver to certain countries or regions due to local conditions or carrier restrictions.
2. Delivery time and tracking
International orders usually arrive within about 2 to 5 days after shipment. Delivery may take longer because of delays at customs, weather, or busy seasons. After your order ships, we will email you a tracking number.
3. Costs on arrival
Depending on the destination country or region, import taxes, customs charges, or related fees may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient (the buyer). If the carrier asks you to pay, please follow their instructions. If the package is returned because these fees were not paid, we cannot offer a refund.
4. Loss or damage
If an item is lost or damaged during shipping, any claim will be handled under the carrier’s rules and the coverage for the shipping method used. You may need to provide photos of the damage and confirmation documents issued by the local delivery company (such as a damage or incident report).
