Order Process

• STEP01Select Products and Add Them to Your Cart

  From the Item list page, select the item you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping cart.

  1. 

     Click “Item list.”

  2. 

     A list of available products will be displayed. You can narrow down the results by category or keyword search.

  3. 

     Click a product image to view its product details.

  4. 

     On the product page, select your desired specifications and quantity, then click “Add to Cart.”

  5. 

     Once you have added all the products you need, click “View cart (purchase or quote request).”
     If you would like to continue shopping, you can return to the previous page and keep browsing.

• STEP02Shopping Cart

  Once you have added all the products you need, review the items and total amount in your Shopping Cart.
  Click either “Proceed to checkout” or “Request a quote”, depending on your preference.

  1. 

     Review the quantities and prices of the products in your cart. You can also change quantities or remove items directly from the shopping cart.

  2. 

     Click “Proceed to checkout” to complete your purchase, or “Request a quote” to receive a quotation before ordering. If you wish to continue shopping, click “Continue to select more products..”

  3. 

     For international orders, please read the information on duties and import taxes, check the agreement box, and click “Proceed to Checkout” to continue.

     Bulk Purchase Discount

     Get 5% OFF the product subtotal (excluding shipping) on international orders over ¥15,000.
     Note:Excludes items marked “Bulk Discount Excluded”

• STEP03Checkout or Request a Quote

  Checkout

  We offer a variety of payment methods to make your shopping experience quick and convenient.

  1. 

     The payment page will be displayed. You can pay by Credit Card or Express Checkout (Shop Pay, Google Pay, or Apple Pay). Available payment options may vary depending on your device.

  2. 

     To ensure accurate shipping charges, a complimentary packaging item will be added to your cart automatically.

  Credit Card

  1. 

     Enter your Contact Information, Shipping Address, and Credit Card Information.

  2. 

     Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed after you enter your shipping address. Please review your order details and total amount, then click “Pay now.”

  Express Checkout

  1. 

     With Express Checkout, you can use the shipping address and payment information already registered with Google Pay or Apple Pay. Simply sign in to your preferred payment service to complete your purchase. Available payment services may vary depending on your device.

  Request a Quote

  Please note that it may take approximately three business days for us to respond to your quotation request.

  1. 

     Enter your customer information and click “Request.”

  2. 

     After reviewing your request, our staff will send you a quotation and payment instructions by email.

• STEP04Order Complete

  1. 

     Your order has been successfully submitted. Please review your shipping information carefully to ensure it is correct. Although your order has been placed, payment has not yet been finalized. We will review your order and confirm your payment afterward.

  2. 

     An automatic confirmation email will be sent to you. Once we have reviewed your order, your payment will be confirmed. Thank you for your patience.

Shipping Timeframe

⚠️Please note that your order may take 10–14 business days to ship.
This is because some items are assembled after your order is received.
We appreciate your understanding.
Once your order is ready to ship, we will send you a separate email with tracking information.

Duties and import taxes

For shipments outside Japan, duties, import taxes, and related charges may apply depending on the destination country or region.
When such charges apply, they are often about 10% to 30% of the product price as a general guide. However, the actual amount may differ depending on the judgment of customs authorities in the destination country or region, as well as the nature and value of the goods.

By placing your order, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for paying any duties, import taxes, and related fees when you receive the goods.

Payment of duties and import taxes

If duties, import taxes, or related charges apply, the carrier will send you a payment notice when your shipment arrives.
If you receive such a notice, you must pay these duties and import taxes.

If you do not pay, the parcel may be returned to us at a cost equal to approximately five times the original outbound shipping charge.

When we ship to you, we use annual contracts with carriers so we can offer the lowest international shipping rates.
When a parcel is returned from your country, it is treated as individual shipping and becomes much more expensive.
If a parcel is returned because duties or import taxes were not paid, we incur a significant loss.

If a parcel is returned for any reason attributable to the customer, we cannot refund any amount you have paid.
Please be sure to pay all duties and import taxes.

Tool Maintenance Service

We also offer paid sharpening and maintenance services so you can enjoy our tools for years to come.
If any of your OKA tools have lost their edge, we can resharpen them for you.
This service is ideal if you are not confident sharpening tools yourself or simply do not have the time.
